For the first part of our lab we had to create a physical computing project using paper, copper tape, a small battery, and a LED. I decided to make a small person sticking out their tongue, comparable to Bloo from Foster Home with a mix of plank from Ed, Edd, n Eddy. We were tasked with creating a circuit that creatively lights the LED, while also having a functioning switch that turns the circuit on and off. As you can see in the picture, I made the character have an LED tongue piercing and the tongue itself is the switch that turns the LED on and off when pressed.

For the second part of our lab we had to create two circuits, series and parallel, on a breadboard.

Once we completed the two types of circuits, we then had to pick one and transfer it to protoboard.

After we transferred the circuit to protoboard we were tasked with making a creative enclosure to hold the circuitry. So I decided I would make a little monster that had the two blue LEDs as eyes. The monster also sits on the battery as a chair and when the 'chair' is rotated, his feet (wires) connect to the battery and light up his eyes. He can also ride the battery like a magic carpet and fly around wherever he pleases.
